[ Mami has taken the time to set up a video on the school library's computer, trying to make a good impression. So she's sitting in the chair with hair properly drill-like, and a smile on her face, her uniform perfectly pressed and clean. When she wants to, she really puts off an air of dignified grace, even if she's younger than many of the high schoolers here. ]

Hello everyone. If you don't know, my name is Mami Tomoe. I want to thank everyone who voted for me for the position of Secretary on the Student Council. I promise I will do my best to assist the president and vice-president in their goals for the student council. Of course, if anyone has something they'd like to bring up to the student council, please come talk to me at anytime.

With that out of the way, I wanted to gauge interest in something I've been thinking about..

[ Mami reaches off camera to find a piece of poster board and hold up to the camera against her stomach, with her large chest sort of hanging over the top..

On the poster Mami has written "School Cafe" in big blocky letters, with glitter everywhere. There are cut outs from magazines all neatly pasted on the off-white background, pictures of maid dresses, pots of tea, snacks, and a handsome boy dressed as a butler. It's girly and cute and still done with a sense of style to it, even if it looks a little haphazard. ]

My friend Yamashita-kun and I came up with the idea of starting a school cafe, as a club or group activity. Something to have a place for others to come and drink, eat, and socialize after school. We could use a little help getting started, but we'd also like to see what others thought of our idea. See? The waitresses and waiters could even dress as maids and.. [ Oops, her boobs are in the way, she has to pull the board out to show the butler a little better. ] ..and butlers. I think it could be fun.

Really? I'm glad to hear that, Inaba-san. Do you have any experience serving or cooking or anything like that?

My skill is in cooking, but I'm sure I would make a good waitress myself. Though I wonder if you'd look better in a maid dress than me.

Well, I'm not all that great at cooking and I have no experience in serving, but I've been in a maid outfit before and I'm fairly certain I can learn the ropes rather quickly.

[ ... In serving. Cooking might take her a little longer since she's pretty bad at it. But she's not typical anime tier bad. ]

...so, does this mean you can make food from the dirt too?

[Since uh, she doubts you can really supply a cafe out of the cafeteria and conveniences store. ]

I'm not sure, I haven't tried that.. But doesn't something feel wrong, about serving food to people you care about that's been made of dirt?

Well, that was sort of why I was questioning it... I'm not sure you can find everything you'll need at the convenience store though.

[ She's just teasing, she's happy that Sayaka is back to herself, she would never try to actually start being hard on her. ]

That's right. Usually they have them for cultural festivals, but.. [ But she died before she could have one, her class always picked something else in middle school. ]

I thought that we could do something to make things a little nicer here. The problem might be keeping shadows out, but I'm sure we can handle that.

[O o o p s. She voted for Mami, of course, but she's mostly been trying to adapt back to being normal.]

I was just surprised--I mean, I know there's ones for cultural festivals and all. Maybe it could work, after all?

[Kyouko doesn't really get the appeal of being on the student council, but it seems fitting enough for Mami. The sign captures more of her attention — particularly the outfits.]

You really think people are gonna wanna dress up like that?

"But"? You could have ran too, Kyouko-chan. [ That feels weird to say still. ] You could have been the President if you tried.

I'm sure some people wouldn't want to. [ She taps her finger on her chin for a second, then as if changing the subject: ] Do you happen to know your measurements at all?

[Kyouko gives her a disbelieving grin.]

Are you screwing with me? Pretty sure I couldn't have even qualified in the first place.

[Then she clears her throat.] And m-my…? C'mon, there's no way I'd ever wear a maid costume!

[Famous last words…]

I'll offer to help get things set up, but I'm not ending up in a maid outfit so we're clear. The combination of my thigh highs, my part-time glasses, and maid outfits is too dangerous for this world.

[ There's a little giggle from Mami, she's only teasing. ]

I'd appreciate any help you could give. I've never set anything up like this before, and I'm not sure how I would here.

Of course it is, that's exactly why I can't! I'd rather just leave everyone wanting!

[ Lbr, Yuri has no problem with putting the image out there.. or probably even dressing like that just to get a rise out of certain people, then laughing at them for getting excited. There's a certain cruelty that comes with any sort of opportunity for fanservice from Yurippe. ]

Well, we'll have to figure out a location given that the student council members have to try to at least keep up the appearance of following rules. I have an idea for getting a building though.

[ If the SSS takes over the restaurant and displaces the workers, then the building would be empty and they could go in there. That'd be fine.. ]

This is the first move of the student council..?

[ Kobato sounds a little unsure. It's actually more that she's shy and not freaking out anymore but the idea of maid outfits.. well, they remind her of certain people who really really like maids..

And the big boobs and blonde hair didn't help either. She's having flashbacks.. ]

I don't mean to speak for the student council or Kousaka-san. This is something I came up with outside of the election. It's just something I think could make some people happy.

[ Mami hears the uncertainty in the Historian's voice, and does her best to try and speak to her as an adult and not a child. ]

What do you think, Hasegawa-san? Would you like to wear a maid dress?

[ Mami isn't herself an otaku of any sort, unless you counted being crazy about tea to be an otaku. But she loves cute things, and what better than maid dresses? And she can only assume boys will like to dress sharply as butlers. ]

I want to be proactive, and see that our idea actually happens. You and I should sit down sometime and think of names and other things. How does that sound?
