[ Today, a message is posted up on the network; of course, there's nothing on the screen but plain text, along with Homura's name attached to said message. ]

I have received partial use of my abilities back. However, it seems that there is something that cannot be done. Which is why I pose a question.

Does anyone here know anything of the mechanics of time in this place?

OPTION B: GREENHOUSE

[ In the later parts of the day, Homura is strolling in the garden; already in her transformed state, carrying her shield in her arms as she goes and waters the plants and try again to stop time by spinning the shield; but alas, to no avail. She seems somewhat... troubled, however, in her efforts, as violet eyes narrow, her mouth opening as if to speak up before closing again, spinning on her heel as she continues to water the rest of the plants.

Every once in a while, people might notice Homura taking out several water bottles out of her shield, almost like magic, pouring them into the watering can before watering even more flowers and various plants.
