Fifth Vector * Action/Video

onewayroad(One: Action; Afternoon, outside the club room buildings)
[For the better part of the afternoon, Accelerator has been keeping to himself on the roof of the shorter club room building, lounging around on his side near the edge of the roof. He's visible from the ground, but supposedly unreachable. The keyword there is 'supposedly'. It's a nice day, a bit breezy but still full of sun.
Around the time when clubs are supposed to meet, he hears footsteps down below along with the sound of something heavy and metal being carried around. He glances over just in time to see a small group of NPCs carrying a ladder over toward the club room buildings. A long, extendable one that might just be tall enough to be useful on the taller of the buildings as well. Oops, looks like they found him.
He gives an irritated scowl, sits upright, and waits for them to actually set up the ladder and prop it up against the building before he stands.]
Haven't you bastards realized by now that you can't catch me? Geez.
[Ignoring their comments, he jumps down effortlessly and runs off somewhere not so close by, outrunning them without a problem. The NPCs may be stronger than usual now, but they sure aren't able to keep pace with him.
Perhaps you witnessed this, or perhaps you only see him moving at an abnormally fast speed somewhere, or he's stopped at another building in the school area, or the town area. Someplace he doesn't anticipate there being many NPCs. Someplace that might have a vending machine, or might not. Someplace you also happen to be.]
(Two: Video; Late afternoon, the library)
[Sometime after putting enough distance between himself and the NPCs after him, he decides it's safe enough to try going in the dining hall. Except he barely had time to sit down with his food when a new group of NPCs headed for him. Cue Accelerator packing up the easier-to-transport things from his meal tray and getting his ass out of there. Sometime after that, and after he's eaten elsewhere, he slips into the library, and goes online for a bit. Let's hope it's late enough that the NPCs there won't care about him. When he makes the video post, he's wearing the most irritated and unimpressed expression ever.]
All right, I don't give two shits who chooses to follow the rules and who breaks them. What you do here is up to you. But for those with no intention of following them... avoid the dining hall. It's no longer safe to stay for long.

[Not feeling like trying the restaurant tonight, Accelerator opts for buying a few things from the convenience store instead. Easier to just vacate the premises soon after and eat under a tree or on a bench somewhere. You can run into him here or outside somewhere once he's found a place to eat.]
