[Of all places for the mistletoe to catch him, it seems fitting that Accelerator would wind up stuck just a few meters away from one of the campus vending machines. The mistletoe itself is somewhere above him, out of reach. The glitch certainly came prepared with its own little forcefield around this particular piece of mistletoe to thwart his attempts at getting rid of it using his powers. His fingers only bounce or slide off the field. His reverse engineering won't work on it either.

As a result, he's stuck right there, too far away from the vending machine and unable to move outside of about a meter radius. The flooring around him is split with a number of cracks from his futile attempts to leave. Every once in a while he can't help but kick small broken pieces of the flooring aside.]

This is fucking ridiculous.

[All he wanted was some coffee, damnit.]

[Once Accelerator's back is turned, Hinata looks down at his hand, which has since calmed to a dull ache. It doesn't appear to be injured... not really, anyway. Questions about the boy's life and death consume his mind, staring after him as Accelerator takes off down the hall.]

[Thankfully, the moment is brief, and Hinata takes off after him.]

Hey-! Have you ever tried playing baseball? [And he's back to his usual noisy joviality. It's like nothing ever happened.]

[Maybe under that stupid front he puts up, Hinata actually understands pain and strife. Maybe all that carefree behavior is just his way of keeping everyone's spirits up... Or maybe he's just an idiot. He's a hard one to read.]

[He's just following Accelerator down the hall, not really impeding his path to the bathroom, so it's entirely possible Hinata will have the bathroom door slammed in his face at this rate...]
