The fog over his mind cleared gradually, becoming aware of an unshakable sense of déjà vu descending upon him. The dark color of his jacket caught his peripheral vision, slowly sitting up in order to look down at himself. This uniform... he wasn't wearing this one a moment ago. In fact, he hadn't worn this particular uniform since...]

[He sat up sharply, as if jolted out of a deep sleep, scrutinizing the details of the uniform jacket he wore. It was the same one. There was no question.]

[...No way. That means..!?]

THE GAME RESETS!?

[His theatrical screaming could likely be heard from a great many places across the campus, drawing as much attention to himself as could be expected.]

[...Something was wrong. She was deflecting more than usual. While her back was to him, his expression fell into one of concern.]

[But, there was nothing he could do about it right now. She was here and that was what mattered. He gave her shoulder a reassuring pat, moving past her toward the door to the roof, pulling it open.]

Sure, sure... I'll do that. [He turned from the door, giving her a two-finger salute and an obnoxious wink.] See you later, Yurippe~!

[And assuming she didn't stop him, he'd take off down the stairs. Time to meet his new roommate!]

[ She wants to stop him more than she's letting on, but she doesn't. Even if he said he missed her for those few moments, she had missed him a lot more. That wasn't something she was going to say out loud though. What would she do about it anyway? Tell him not to leave so that he couldn't go and get adjusted again? There was no reason for him to stay, at all, especially since Yuri was avoiding talking about things around him. So she just let him go, like she'd intended. ]
