[Waking up in a bed of flowers is not something Mary was expecting to do today. Or any day really, given it would have been impossible back at the gallery. And yet here she is, sitting up, surrounded by flowers out in the sunshine.
Did she somehow make it out? This is the outside, isn't it? It's bright. There are lots of people walking around, even if they're just NPCs. This is ticking all the boxes for what Mary's definition of 'outside' is. But if this really is the outside then how did she get here? She certainly didn't get here using the method she was planning to use. Dying definitely wasn't a part of her plan.
... Well, it didn't matter now, did it? She's finally made it out of the gallery. Ib and Garry don't seem to be around, but after what happened she's not sure that she wants to see them right away anyway. For now she intends to enjoy herself and have a little fun before anything or anyone decides to come along and spoil it for her.]

[Having woken up in one of the flower beds by the greenhouses and collected her thoughts, Mary is seriously going to town on these flowers. Red flowers? Yeah, she's going to pick some of those. And a few yellow ones, too. And blue? You better believe she's picking every blue flower she sees. There are just so many pretty colours and so little time! Sorry to any gardening club members that happen to spot her.
Want to tell her off? Point out some particularly pretty looking flowers for her to pick? It's all good.]

[Having successfully made off with a bundle of flowers, Mary is running around the school grounds, handing out the odd flower here and there. She intends to keep most of what she picked for herself, but if she gives out a few flowers then maybe she'll be able to make some friends out of it! Friends like receiving gifts, right? And if a person isn't your friend yet then giving them a gift must make them your friend twice as fast! Yes, that makes sense.
She's trying to give flowers out to anyone who passes by, be they NPCs or otherwise. Once she has her eyes set on someone, Mary runs over and quickly blurts out an introduction before handing over one of her flowers.]
Hey, my name is Mary... Don't you think these flowers are sooo pretty? You can have this one if you like, it really suits you!

Ah — thank you, but I'm not very interested in flowers.
no subject
Okay, then you can have two instead. One red, one yellow.
[Seems like she doesn't care if Akashi isn't interested. The fact she picked out flowers that match his eyes make them so much more appealing, right? Now he has to take them.]
no subject
Is there a special occasion?
no subject
[If there is some sort of occasion or event going on then she isn't aware of it. She's just trying to be nice so she can make some friends, that's all!]
You really don't want them, huh.
[She's still holding the flowers out, though her arm starts to withdraw a little as she speaks. If Akashi really doesn't want them then it sure sucks to be him. More flowers for her.]

It is cute. I'm Kashiwazaki Sena.
no subject
I know, right? It's very cute, and it goes with that thing in your hair too!
[Whatever that butterfly shaped hair decoration is. A clip? She isn't sure. Either way, it's blue, so a blue flower would definitely work well with it.]
I reaaally like blue, it's one of my favourite colours.
no subject
[Not an NPC. Yay!] It's mine, too! There's a lot of cute blue things.

[Bertholdt stares down at the girl he's suddenly accosted by. This is the second time he's been offered something by a girl he didn't know, and it's still a little... strange. Bertholdt is just unused to people being nice and he never knows how to respond.]
[So he just sort of puts his big sweaty hand out for the flower carefully, blinking.]
Uh, I'm... Bertholdt. I... thank you, miss.

You're really tall! [Taller than Garry, perhaps? Hmm.] You must be really, really old to be really tall like that.

You there! Please stop that immediately!

Huh, why? Why do I need to stop?
[Even with Ishimaru calling out to her, Mary stands up and moves to the next bed to resume picking. Oh yeah, these flowers are awesome.]

Ah, thank you, Mary-chan. I guess this red one does look a lot like my ribbons, huh..? It's a nice color.. [ It's a little sad though, to see a young girl like that here in the afterlife though.. ]
Re: B
[Mary smiles back. Oh boy this is going great, they're both smiling, this girl thinks red is a nice colour... Yeah, Mary is pretty pleased with herself right now.]
Red is a really nice colour, I like it a lot. [Not as much as blue though.] I'm guessing you must really be a fan of red too, right... Uhm? [Oh right, her name.]
no subject
[ Being polite even to little girls, yes.. she even makes a tiny bow and all that official stuff. ]
It's really kind of you to hand our these flowers. I'm sure it'll make a lot of people very, very happy.

Pardon me. May I join you? I need some assistance in picking a great assortment of flowers such as these for an upcoming event.
no subject
[Not only does it sound fun, but Sonia is more than welcome to join her in her flower picking. Mary pats the ground next to her to invite Sonia to come and sit with her by the flowers.]
If I let you join me and help you pick some, can you tell me what event you're doing this for?!
no subject
I have been chosen as a flower girl for an upcoming wedding. This is a first for me in many ways, so I wish to ensure I do this absolutely right.

Thank you, it's beautiful! I'm Ichigo!
no subject
[Mary is just as excited right now. Someone thinks the flowers she picked are beautiful, she thinks they're beautiful too, that's totally something in common right there. Friends have things in common with each other, right?]
All these flowers are beautiful, and they smell pretty good too. I found lots and lots so I picked as many as I could carry!
no subject
[ Ichigo goes to smell them since she said they smell good, making a happy sound in her throat when she does. ] You're right! They smell like summer!

Mary, right? People call me Kyon.

[Come to think of it, do brown flowers even exist? Huh. She'll have to look into this sometime.]

(Odd kid. I'm guessing she's new here, much too young to be an NPC after all. It's pretty bad when you start getting kids as young as her in a place like this though...)
