[ When the feed turns on, there is one Homura Akemi on the screen, looking rather nonchalant about everything that's going on. She hasn't been doing anything useful as of late, so she might as well make a small announcement. (Also note the fact that she's actually in the computer lab for the time being.)

I do not know if there are any people left who are "NPCs", as you like to call them, but if anybody requires my assistance in shooting anyone as a last resort, I am here.
