SSS members: headquarters to pick up arms. Now. I have enough for each of you. If the shadows are going to start appearing again, I want all of you ready.

We're not going to Guild this time. We're standing and fighting and defending anyone who can't, that stupid NPC they're after or otherwise. If you can't fight, you're taking a weapon just in case. Don't do anything stupid and run if you have to. Those of you who can't fight, come talk to me right away.

[ Yuri sighs, her voice taking on a singsong tone, like she's trying to act like it's not a huge problem. After all, if everyone's terrified then it only makes things worse. ]

I've had it up to here with that stupid boy NPC's face, he should've stayed gone after I shot him in that dumb mug the first time!

[ Leon's nervous. Obviously so. Honestly, he would be more scared if this was the first time he had to deal with the shadows, but it's not like doing it more often made him not afraid of them anymore. He's still frightened of turning into an NPC, and the way he pulls his hand nervously through his hair as he replies is almost audible in his voice. ]

Yurippe-- listen, do we really gotta do this? Why can't we just do what they want and get this over with? I don't wanna deal with those things again for god knows how long..!

Leon, if we get rid of them now and do what he wants, then every time he wants something we end up with shadows until we can't give him what he wants and we're stuck in the same situation anyway.

[ Her voice gets more stern now, and she means her words quite seriously even if they sound like a joke. ] Besides, aren't you supposed to be a rock star? Following orders is the exact opposite of the rock spirit.

It's not like I wanna listen to him either, dammit! [ Because it's true that even beyond the whole rock star attitude, Leon's not the type to listen to what anyone else tells him to do. The only reason he wants to do all of this is so he can get something good instead of.. well, a chance of practically being mindwiped. Sounds like a good trade-off to him. ]

But I don't wanna deal with this shit all over again either! What is this, the third time?! The fourth?! I'm fucking sick and tired of this..!

[ He's actually more scared than angry, but the first always translates to the latter for him. ]

As you can probably tell, I'm having a total blast.

[ Her tone is dry as she says that- it's clear she doesn't mean it. ]

Leon, I'm going to find the Programmer and I'm going to do what I have to to take him out. Even in a place like this.

[ The only two ways she knows how to do it aren't something that she wants to force others to do, which is why her words are more self-oriented than normal. This doesn't sound like a team project. ]

... Wait, what?!

[ Somehow that seems to knock him straight out of his fear-rage and into surprise. His eyes widen and it's almost like he didn't quite catch what she was saying - but he did, that's why he's so surprised to begin with. And while it's no surprise that Yuri is independant (she has always been, after all), it's still.. ]

You're gonna go by yourself?

If I have to. Hinata will probably help me, but I'm not forcing anyone else to do what probably is going to have to be done. If you can't kill someone and there's no prison, the only things I can think of to take care of the problem aren't anything I'd want the rest of you to have to deal with. I definitely ask you guys to help with the shadows though. Even if you're scared, can I count on you to at least try since there's no running anyway?

All Leon can think of is just that he really, really doesn't want to deal with everything. He just wants to be able to go back to bed, pull the pillow over his head and shut out the world and then have everything be normal again by the time he removes the pillow again.

But he knows that won't happen. The closest thing to that would be becoming an NPC, and if there's anything he hates more than this situation, it's the thought of completely losing himself. ]

It's not like I have a fucking choice. [ But he sounds a little defeated more than anything else. ] I can grab a bat, but if I turn into one of those dweebs, I'll be holding you responsible.

[ She gives him a little smile. ]

[ Like a smile is going to be enough. Leon sighs, and to himself he's nervously pulling a hand through his hair like he always does when he starts feeling this way. ]

Yurippe, do you know where Kousaka is?

I talked to her earlier but I don't have a tracker on her.

I just figured you'd be most likely to know where everyone's hanging out. [ Maybe a little poutily.. not like he has a tracker on her either, okay!! Not like he cares or anything, geez, Yuri!! ]

Unless she turned into one of those fucking things already.

[ Of course his words don't make sense at all compared to his earlier ones, but.. alas. The life of a tsundere is hard. ]

[ There's a telling pause. You know, the "I'm trying to think up a plausible excuse" kind of pause. ]
