Levels would be stupid. If you're a fast learner and you can pick a skill up with a few hours of practice, you'd be completely screwed over because you'd have to stick to spending too much time trying to get to level 100 just so you can use a skill you would've been able to learn normally if you just taught yourself.

Right, I suppose that makes sense too... But what about beefing up your HP, speed and strength stats and stuff? That'd be useful.

You do that by practicing, again. If you practice, you get callouses and you last longer. If you train to get faster or stronger, that's what happens. Are you stupid?

It'd still be easier with stats.
