[ Yuri looks back to the laptop. ] Heads up, they're still pretty stupid. You can lose them for a while if you trap them in a classroom, but they'll find you eventually. Sonia, I hope you don't mind if I use your sheets to escape out the window. I don't really want to slaughter them.. [ She side-eyes the door. ] But at this point even knocking them out doesn't last more than a few minutes.

[ There's already blood on the door handle and it's unclear just whose it is, since Yuri already changed clothes. ]

We need a way to lock the doors from the outside to trap all of them. If anyone needs help, let me know where you are as soon as you can. SSS members: If you're close to the location calling for help, get to them as soon as possible. You know where the extra weapons are in HQ if you need--

[ There's a loud crack in the background as some kind of kitchen knife breaks through the wood of the door, making Yuri look back. ]

I'm normally against touching the NPCs, but they're not innocent if they're coming at you with a knife. They won't stay down for long, either, or remember it. It won't matter once this is over.

Don't assume that I didn't try that first. Knocking them out doesn't last as long, though I've done it a couple of times, but I'm not stupid enough to assume that everyone in the SSS has the abilities to target for consciousness compared to doing whatever they can. We lost our trainer recently.

I hadn't thought of that.. We should all find a safe place to barricade ourselves from the other students. I don't want to see anyone hurt.

[The literal moment he realized she was trapped, Hinata was bolting across campus with a baseball bat, smacking the NPCs clamoring after him. Lets be real though, he loved the attention at first. Cute blushing NPC girls calling him senpai? Yes.]

[Unfortunately, he had to draw a line when they started getting all "if I can't have you, no one can". Thus, the bat.]

[He'd climbed on top of a gazebo out in the courtyard between dorms, waving his arms over his head to get her attention. If she was planning on bailing out the window, he'd have her back.]

[ Yuri doesn't bother to text back and instead heads over to her window. Not that she isn't relieved to see him, but.. ]

[ At least she's not entirely close enough to set off the sparkling yet. ]

[A wide grin streaks across his face as she opens the window, cupping his hands around his mouth to call out to her.]

[With the bat slung over his shoulder, he went to the edge of the gazebo roof, jumping down to approach the side of the building beneath her window. He set the bat down, leaning it against the bricks, reaching his arms up above his head. Surely this would be easier than making a long climbing rope out of Sonia's sheets, right?]

[ There was a part of her that wanted to start screaming at him for being so embarrassing, but it was efficient. She couldn't deny that it'd take a lot less time than making a rope. So she looked around for a second, grabbed her weapons and tucked them into her clothing, then ran back to the window and hoisted herself over the ledge.

He'd damn well better catch her or she's going to kick him. ]

[For once, he actually does his level best not to look up her skirt as she's hoisting herself over the window ledge, but there's only so much he can do when he has to watch for where she's going to fall. His tongue pokes out from between his lips slightly as he concentrates on her trajectory, shuffling back and forth until he's right beneath her, bending his knees slightly to brace himself as she drops into his arms.]

[He was really expecting her to land on his face feet-first or something, but that went surprisingly wel-]

[Wow, had she always been that pretty and shoujo? Hinata knew he was staring, the light was catching her eyes just right, and he could've sworn he saw sparkling bubbles and flower petals floating around... He was so involved in admiring her, that he didn't even notice the NPCs completely losing interest and wandering off.]
