It also meant that she was trying to find whatever was creeping around intentionally and if she sees someone hiding behind something or not being entirely obvious about their presence? She's throwing one of her newly obtained knives from the dining hall kitchens. ]

[ Because most of the SSS is either scared enough that their cowering can cause earthquakes like Chihiro or Leon, defiant like Naoi, only listen if it goes along with what they wanted to do anyway like Haruhi, or are fine purveyors of sarcasm like Kyon. Really, Souji and Otonashi are pretty much the only ones she's got reason to think are capable of handling this situation without her knowing as much as she can about it first and a crapton of goading. It's one of those times when she thinks it's better to figure out the solution before bringing it before the SSS. Hinata's not here either, so she really is alone in being the "leader." ]

I'm not going to throw everyone into something without having any idea about how to handle it first.
