eighteen ◆ text / action ( backdated to nov. first )
OPTION A: text
OPTION B: action
So, did everybody have fun at the party? I'm sure it gave some of you a huge fright! ★
Don't worry though, if you guys got angry, I'll provide any sort of consolation. Provided that it's not completely crazy.
But anyway, it looks like I'm the only one left from my world. Ha, that's a funny thought! Now then: who here's alone from their world? Inquiring minds want to know~
OPTION B: action
[ Today, Haruhi is simply moping around in the afternoon, staring at her Key Coffee and lunch, merely poking it with her chopsticks slowly as she finally decides to start eating it with a deep sigh. If anyone shows up around her, however, she'll go back to being chipper, even if it isn't real. ]

Maybe its different if theyve never been here and if they were here and left
[But seeing as neither of the two people she knows have shown up and they haven't disappeared on her she can't really relate. While she can't do that, she can at least try and help with the feeling sad part.]
Are you still feeling sad now
You should sing when youre sad it makes you happier in no time
no subject
Some of the songs I wrote are kind of sad, though.

You have to sing really happy ones that make you smile
Or make up your own happy song
[If she's written her own songs before than she can surely put together a happy sounding one. Making up songs is easy!]
no subject
[ Not when you write songs professionally... ]
Hmm. I guess I could try writing something that's more upbeat.
no subject
And if you need help then I can help you
Ive made plenty of songs before
[Though making up songs and making up actually good songs that aren't compromised mostly of 'la la la' are two completely different things.]

[...]
So can I hear it then
I want to hear whatever you come up with

Some can be high notes
And some can be low
Some can still be the same though as long as it sounds good
[Mary is a master of music. She knows so much about composing and it totally shows.]
no subject
But I think I'm halfway done now.
no subject
See it doesnt take long to make up a song at all
Even with all those different things to think about
no subject
[ There's a ten minute delay before she sends this text: ]
The second half is the part that takes the longest, though. Since I have to figure out what genre the song's going to be in.
no subject
So what genre is it going to be in
And what genres are there anyway since we are talking about them
[Surely that ten minute break was long enough for Haruhi to decide what genre her song will be in, right?]

Why not make it into a hip-hop song I bet it would sound really good
no subject
No way. I've already decided.
no subject
Cant you make one of those too
[She can wait a little longer while Haruhi makes up a whole new song. It's fine. Really.]
no subject
Well, I can show you one, but I'm not going to make one until I'm done with this one. Though I'm almost finished.
no subject
Okay
I can listen to the song youve nearly finished now and listen to a hip-hop song after that
I cant wait
[Seriously, she can't wait. But if Haruhi is really almost finished then that shouldn't be a problem for much longer.]

[ And then she starts singing. ]
(OOC: English lyrics! )
audio;
Wow, that was really something... Uhm, I liked the middle part. Advance, a second chance! [She tries to sing along for a moment, but most of the words come out as mumbling. She can only remember bits and pieces of the lyrics.] Overcome all things with a smiling face!
