Post 2 - ACTION

[You may have noticed a few posters hanging around and if not, you may have noticed them slipped under your door. The posters were simple enough with the name "Kashiwazaki Sena" written in large, bold, neat letters at the top. Below that eyecatching title wasn't just one position but all of them because someone didn't bother to see if she could only run for one thing at a time within the student council.

But just in case those had been thrown out or weren't taken seriously enough, she was tracking people down, be it in dorms, the cafeteria, ANYWHERE, and chasing them to make sure she has your vote.]

[ Well, there's one victim who hasn't noticed the posters yet in the cafeteria.. mostly since he's lying with his head on the table, sleeping. Yes, he's taking a nap in the middle of the cafeteria.. ]

[...Closed eyes couldn't read her poster. As if poking a wild animal, she was having to get used to doing all this stuff herself, she pokes his shoulder.]

Wake up.

[tsunball]

[ There's just a mumble at the poke. For a moment it looks like he might wake up.. but nope, he just moves his arms so he can put his head on top of them to sleep more comfortably. ]

[A harder poke and then another, followed by another before he can even respond.]

I'm talking to you!

[tsunball]

Five more minutes, mom..

[ Guess who's still half-snoring. At least he's half-talking, half-mumbling, so that must mean he's at least a little awake, right? ]

[ This is why he never bothered to get involved in his own school's politics. This is almost as bad as Moe Wakaba's election. He already tried dodging Haruhi earlier, but Sena... Judging by their last conversation, his luck with her might be even worse. Right now, he's trying to hide behind a magazine about technology... Specifically, cellphones. He was at the very back of the cafeteria, hoping the crowd would be enough to hide him in plain sight.

His lunch in front of him, consisting of cheese soup, crackers, and a can of some kind of green soda, was untouched. Hopefully, Sena wouldn't notice him... ]

[That bad luck held up. Grinning, she makes a bee line straight for him when she finally spots somebody semi-familiar, shuffling the posters around in her arms so she can get one out to hand him. She'd spent the entire night making them so the least they could do was look!]

Heh! Vote for me so I can win!

[ The poster being shoved in his face makes him drop the magazine, almost spilling his soup in the process. ]

I-I... vote for you?

[If he did, it was only punishment for trying to hide from her.]

Good! At least you see I'm the best choice. [Question? What question? That was confirmation, right?]

Uhh... [ Sure, let's go with that. ] ... yeah?

[ Because he really doesn't have the bravery to say no. And he hasn't voted for anyone, at least, not yet. ]

[Gundam had steadily been tearing up papers to use as bedding for his hamster, happy she would have a nice soft place to rest while he went out to fetch more of it, though as he pulled down one of them from the wall he finally bothered to look at what what it said.]

Student Council... Everything? Fuahahaha, an Over Achiever! How brilliantly executed, I could simply cry!

H-hey! [Sena sees him attacking her posters from down the hall and cries out to him.] Put that back!

[She's coming over now. She needs those!]

Ah, are these yours?

[He grins at her.]

I was simply reading it, this time, as opposed to turning it to bedding.

My Lady, is this what you Hope To Achieve?

I only need one and I would make the best president. I'll make a good one so you should definitely vote for me!

I see, how inspiring.

[He folds it neatly and tucks it into his jacket.]

By what means will you accomplish such things, My Lady?

[Oh, she's putting up posters? How nice! So is he! Right next to hers, in fact! One is a large, loud poster for Haruhi's presidential campaign, and the other is a smaller understated one for his own bid for secretary. He smiles at Sena as he hangs them up.]

Hello, Ms Kashiwazaki.

H...[The word dies in her throat when she realizes what he's doing. Quickly grabbing for the paper, she moved between him and the wall.] Huh?! What are you doing?! Y-you're not supposed to do that right beside me!

...Besides, you should vote for me, instead!

[mysterioustransferstudent]

[He's so shameless that his smile doesn't even dim. He lets her take the paper. He's got a whole stack, after all.]

Putting up campaign posters. I could wait until you were gone, if you prefer, but I thought that would be  underhanded.

In any case, I would be glad to vote for you for... [ He looks over her poster.] vice president, social chairman, and historian.

Forget those, you should pick me as president. [Even with the stack of papers, she folds her arms.] What would you vote for her over me, anyway? I'm better.

[He leans in a little and despite his smile, his voice is dead serious. Probably more serious than is necessary for a student council campaign.]

Ms. Suzumiya is a very close friend. She's trusted me to help her with her campaign, and I won't betray that trust. You would make an excellent president, of course, but I don't intend to lose-- not even to you, Ms. Kashiwazaki.

Besides, if you win one of the other positions then we could work together. I think that would be quite enjoyable.

[ Ichigo, frankly, is confused. She likes Sena well enough, but she's run into the simple problem of not actually being sure which position to vote her into.. So Ichigo looks frantically back and forth between the different positions. ]

[She smiles, pointing to the top one.] I want that one the most. I'd be a good president, right?

Probably, bu-but!! Isn't Haruhi running for president too?

Even if she is, I would be better, right? All you have to do is vote for me and I can show you!
