Did anyone else get a weird letter a couple weeks ago?

I was only here for a few days and I got one. It was a little weird at first, but I want to know who really sent them out. I figure I should at least thank them for going out of their way to notice someone new like me.

The NPCs are pretty useless, too. They should be reprogrammed or something.

[At least then, maybe they could actually help them sometime, since... yeah, Asuka knew what that was like, too.]
