[ Yuri doesn't respond to her questions. After all, Haruhi already stated that she didn't expect her to have the answers and Yuri honestly didn't have most of them. Most of those questions were things that Haruhi would have to figure out for herself. Some of the things were questions that they all needed answered and if Yuri had those answers, some things would be a little easier. ]

Take your time, but until you've figured out the answers to those questions I'm going to ask you not to give up.

All becoming an NPC will do is leave you with no answers and then if we defeat the Programmer, then there won't be a program to keep you one anymore.
