There is a principal, apparently. I am not sure who else administers anything here. There is a young woman named Yuri Nakamura; she seems to be the one here who has been here the longest.

And yes, there is housing, apartments, and dormitories. The students live in the dormitories, and those who are considered adults live elsewhere.
